Your consultation lasts up to one hour.  I ask you detailed questions about the symptoms of your condition, how you experience them, your past medical history, emotions, sleep patterns, lifestyle, and family medical history.  This information helps to ensure the best remedies for your individual needs.

I also ask for details of any prescribed medication that you are currently taking, or have taken in the past for an extended period of time.

Note: do NOT discontinue or reduce any prescribed medication without first consulting your GP.

After the consultation you will be prescribed homeopathic remedies to take.  These are highly diluted substances, derived from natural sources and given mainly in small pill form.  They can also be provided in hard tablet or liquid form according to preference.

The remedies are despatched by post to you from a specialist homeopathic pharmacy. Clear, detailed instructions are provided on when, and how, to take them.  It is your responsibility to pay the pharmacy directly for these remedies.

Progress is monitored at your follow-up appointment.  This is usually 2 to 4 weeks later.  Your recovery rate and the number of appointments you require will depend on the nature and duration of your illness and your individual vitality.  We would discuss this at your initial consultation.
